Decaf คือ กาแฟที่ไม่มีคาเฟอีน คาเฟอีน 99.9% ถูกนำออกโดย วิธีการสกัด Co2 เหลว ซึ่งสกัดคาเฟอินโดยคาร์บอนไดออกไซด์ ที่สร้างขึ้น ปราศจากสารเคมี ทำให้คุณสามารถดื่มได้อย่างมั้นใจ ความขมจะลดลงเล็กน้อย แต่ยังคงรสชาติของโคลัมเบียไว้ จะได้รสสัมผัสที่หวานกลมกล่อม และเปรี้ยวอ่อนๆ ระดับการคั่วที่แนะนำ คือ City Roast, หรือ Full City Roast 
 
デカフェ＝カフェインレスのコーヒー。薬品(有機溶媒)を使用せず、超臨界流体の状態にした二酸化炭素でカフェインを抽出する「液体Co2抽出法」でカフェインの99.9%を除去。ケミカルフリーですので安心してお召し上がりいただけます。苦味は若干弱めですが、コロンビア産の特徴であるバランスの良さは失われておらず、まろやかな甘みと酸味、広がりのあるコクが楽しめます。バランスの取れた綺麗な風味を味わえるシティロースト、フルシティローストでの焙煎がおすすめです。
 
Decaf = decaffeinated coffee. 99.9% of caffeine is removed by the "liquid Co2 extraction method" that extracts caffeine with carbon dioxide in a supercritical fluid state without using chemicals. It's chemical-free, so you can enjoy it with confidence. The bitterness is a little less, but the well-balanced characteristic of Colombia has not been lost, and you can enjoy the mellow sweetness and acidity, mild body. We recommend roasting with City Roast, or Full City Roast, to enjoy a balanced and mild flavor.
